Information you give us

When you call, text, or request a dumpster through our website, we collect what you share, such as your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, the date you need service, and details about your project. We use it to quote, schedule, deliver, pick up, and bill for your rental, and to answer your questions.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our site. It collects things like the pages you view, links you tap (for example call, text, and reserve buttons), which size options you look at in our price estimator, your device and browser type, the website that sent you here, and your approximate location (city level). Google Analytics uses cookies for this. It does not tell us who you are.

The price estimator runs in your browser. What you choose in it is not saved or sent to us, other than the anonymous counts described above.

Chat assistant

If you use the chat assistant on our site, we save what you type and the assistant's replies, along with the page you were on and a random conversation number, so we can improve our answers. The saved chat record does not include your IP address. Replies are written by an AI service (Google's Gemini, through Google Cloud), so they can be wrong. Please call us to confirm prices and availability.

Please do not type personal details, such as your phone number, address, or payment information, into the chat. To request a dumpster, use our reserve form or call or text us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting, email, analytics, and payment services, and when the law requires it. Our website is hosted on Google's Firebase, and we use Google Workspace and Google Analytics.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To opt out of Google Analytics across all websites, you can install theGoogle Analytics opt-out browser add-on. To ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, call or text us.

Keeping information safe

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or service can promise perfect security.

Children

Our website is meant for adults arranging services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
