How do I rent a dumpster?

What is included in my rental?
Delivery, pickup, and 2 tons of disposal on every size. Roll-offs include 30 days; the 15 yd dump trailer is a 3–5 day rental (need it longer? Ask for a quote).
What size do I need for a construction project?
For new home builds and small to medium projects, we recommend our 20 or 25 yard roll-offs. For large commercial projects, we recommend a 30 or 40 yard. Need more room on a residential job? How fast can you deliver?
We offer next-day delivery, and same-day delivery when our schedule allows. Call or text to check availability for your date.
What extra fees might apply?
Overage is $65/ton past the 2 included tons. Roll-offs are $10/day past 30 days. A flat fuel surcharge is shown as its own line item. Relocation is $150, a trip charge is $100, tires are $20 each, and large appliances are $50 each. Optional ground protection mats are $45 per 4×8 mat per week or $15 per day. Card payments carry a 2.99% service fee. There is no delivery fee and no sales tax on dumpster rentals (junk removal jobs include sales tax).
What if I go over the weight included?
You only pay for what you use: extra weight beyond 2 tons is billed at $65 per ton.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Every major credit card, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, ACH, cash, check, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. A 2.99% service fee applies to credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal payments.
Are you available on weekends?
Yes. Our office is open Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm, and we schedule deliveries and pickups 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if needed.
Do I need to be there for delivery or pickup?
Not required, but preferred. Leave placement notes so we can set it safely. Keep the drop spot clear of cars and check for low wires and gates — a $100 trip charge applies if our driver is blocked.
What can't go in the dumpster?
Motor oil, weapons, asbestos, sealed tanks or drums, chemicals, propane tanks, vehicle batteries, and pesticides. Tires ($20 each) and large appliances — fridge, washer, dryer, or freezer ($50 each) — are accepted with a special handling fee.
What can go in the dumpster?
Most non-hazardous solid waste: home cleanouts, moving preparation, and construction debris. Hazardous materials, certain electronics, and flammable liquids need special disposal, so call us first.
Will the dumpster fit in my driveway?
Our dump trailer is 7 feet wide and comes in two lengths at the same price: 14 feet (15 yard) or 16 feet (16 yard). We match the trailer to your job and what is available, so tell us if space is tight. Our 20-yard roll-off is 16 feet long and 7.5 feet wide, and our 25-yard roll-off is 17 feet long and 8 feet wide. Will the dumpster damage my driveway?
Trailer-mounted units won't. Ground protection under the dumpster is standard on roll-offs. For extra protection, like on a paver driveway, you can add ground protection mats to a roll-off or dump trailer job for $45 per 4×8 mat per week or $15 per day.
How high can I fill it?
Keep everything level with or below the top rails. An overfilled dumpster may need contents removed before we can haul it.
Can I put dirt, rock, or concrete in?
Call us first. Heavy clean fill (dirt, rock, concrete, asphalt, brick) has limits — typically 5 to 6 yards, and a 15-yard unit can only be filled halfway.
I'm done loading. What now?
Call or text us to schedule pickup. Same-day pickup is sometimes possible; allow about 24 hours. Keep contents level and clear of obstructions, and we'll secure the load with a tarp.
